Who The ...

The 4th Collective is a group of folks, driven from their home by crackheads who claimed the copper deposits once held plentiful in their air conditioners.  Forced to roam the land masterless and deprived, the 4thCollective found a home on the internet ... which is where you are now ... impressive, isn't it.
